We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to join our growing manufacturing business. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be at the forefront of cultural and operational transformation, guiding our facilities toward excellence in efficiency and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring the highest levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
• Spearhead cultural transformation initiatives to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards, focusing on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
• Drive efficiency across production lines, utilizing lean principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and enhance output.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and HR teams to align operational goals with the overall business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs, ensuring strong performance across key metrics such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within automotive, aerospace or similar manufacturing or a related high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.
• A track record of leading operational and cultural transformation projects, with measurable success in moving a facility closer to World Class Manufacturing standards.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
