We're seeking a Process Engineer with a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and driving results. Roles & Responsibilities
- Use your technical expertise to ensure our production site is running at its full potential, hitting or exceeding performance targets.
- Monitor and analyse key production metrics and use them to drive improvements in efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with supply chain, maintenance, and quality control to keep our production line running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained in top working order, managing routine inspections, maintenance, and defect resolution.
- Lead site improvement initiatives from start to finish-develop project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver tangible results.
- Ensure all production and engineering activities meet safety regulations and environmental standards-keeping everyone safe and compliant.
- Identify new opportunities for process optimisation, and lead research and development projects to improve our production methods.
- Oversee the Engineering team, guiding and managing resources to ensure manpower, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, ideally in Process or Mechanical Engineering.
- A strong technical foundation, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience within a production or engineering environment, with a track record of driving results.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills to manage multiple moving parts and teams.
- IOSH, NEEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications are advantageous.
