We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to sell CNC precision engineering services across a range of high-growth sectors including Defence, Aerospace, Oil & Gas Subsea, and other industrial applications. In this role, you'll not only have the opportunity to work remotely and shape your own success but also play a crucial part in driving the company forward with a new business focus.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hunt for New Business: Identify and secure new opportunities in Defence, Aerospace, Oil & Gas Subsea, and other key industries.
• Shape the Future: Play a key role in developing and executing strategies to expand footprint in high-demand sectors.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing tailored solutions and delivering exceptional value.

What We're Looking For:

• A self-starter with a proven track record in business development, within CNC precision engineering or a related technical sector.
• A natural networker with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
• Full UK driving license
