Up to £52 000 including OT & fantastic benefits including…

  • 155 Working days per year!
  • 15 days off every 6 weeks
  • Production bonus
  • Early finish on Saturdays

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a well-paid, rewarding role in a dynamic manufacturing environment?

You'll be responsible for:

  • Preventative & reactive maintenance - ensuring maximum uptime of equipment
  • Diagnosing & repairing faults - both electrical and mechanical
  • Carrying out installations - within your skill set
  • Improving reliability - identifying and implementing site-wide improvements
  • Working collaboratively - with both engineering and production teams

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced engineer with at least 5 years' previous work in a fast-paced production environment
  • HNC or NVQ Level 3 Engineering qualification
  • Manufacturing background
  • Ability to read technical diagrams
  • Proactive problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
  • Great communicator & strong team player

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in packaging or paper industries
  • Familiarity with PLC I/O for diagnostics

Shift Pattern:

  • 3 on 3 off, Days & Nights, 7 - 7.
