What You'll Be Doing

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Conduct preventative & reactive maintenance on complex machinery, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Precision Engineering - Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Project Management - Take ownership of new equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
• Process Optimisation - Standardise maintenance procedures and enhance efficiency across the plant.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless production flow and mentor apprentices in mechanical training.

Your Background & Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a Mechanical Fitter/Engineer role.
• Relevant Engineering qualification.
• Strong analytical and fault-finding skills.

• Counterbalance FLT License (preferred).
• Good electrical understanding.

Shift Pattern

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:45
Friday: 07:00 - 14:30
